Great ride until the end. took a minor spill, somehow got the cleat of the left shoe caught on something while unclipping. likely sprained the neck again, this time on the right side. would like to find a less injurious way of tipping over, since it seems to be my thing. :). happy to report that yoga and weight training are helping my cycling. no back pain, and riding pretty strong to the end.

Great ride! Hope you neck feels better. Sometimes i just forget I have feet that need to be unclipped. The latest bruise is almost gone!
