3rd class. Learning to pace myself better and pedaling while up + out of the saddle is easier. Still sweating like mad. Drained water bottle. Ready to go again Thursday!


Great job Francesca!! The pacing is tough to learn, especially when you are unfamiliar with everything from the bikes to the level of effort to the instructor. But they are a great workout!!
