    Yes, i agree with you, Francesca! Trying to keep as healthy as possible as we age is so important! And exercise is VERY life-enhancing - it makes us sparkle after each and every workout as well as giving us the strength and endurance and energy we need to get on to bigger and better things in what lies ahead of us!
