    37 of 48 - easy run. My achilles felt ok before starting but was a bit stiff for the first 1/2 mile or so. Feels ok now so hopefully it holds out for the long run later this week...

      Fran, I think Achilles are tricky things. They tend to be noticed the morning after a run. I hope yours hasn't been over worked.

    36 of 48 - Achilles' tendon started to niggle after end of first 10k loop so decided to call it a day. Not ideal but REST is best here..

      Feels OK today so hopefully a niggle is all it was. As you know, I'm very much prone to Achilles issues
