    Nice strong run increasing the pace after each mile, first mile 8;22, last mile 7;19. A bit tired at the end but enjoyed it nevertheless. All good...

    Didn't do the run last night so had a quick spin today. A bit tired at the end but happy with the effort (7:58, 7:38, 7:26 ,7:31 and final bit 1:59). All good...

      Well done on a solid effort and another marathon under the belt. Garmins usually measure marathons as 26.4 miles so maybe it is correct? good to see you getting the legs in shape. Focus on Dublin now and plenty of speedwork in August and September
