    First run post Ironman - Easing in with walk/run. 1min@3.5mph / 5min@5.0mph. Next week I'll pick up a HIM training plan mid-way for the Monster Half Marathon.

    Eh. Running after biking never fun. Had to cut it short because someone was watching my bike.

    My 2nd Century ride! Did a 20 mile loop x 5 times - Fairly hilly... but nothing too hard just lots of rollers. Happy with how it went overall.
