  3. RUN
good Three and a quarter 3.24 mi 00:28 08:34 pace

I'm losing condition due to less frequent running, but I'd have to say it'd done wonders for a nagging achilles soreness I was developing a few weeks back. :)

Not bad, but still not quite enough for me to become a Broncos fan... Picture from company party last night - my legs are still stiff from the dancing workout.

    great Dancing 00:50

Dancing at the company party. Pretty aerobic. Danced around 50 minutes, maybe more. Not sure. Snuck into a lot of pictures during the evening. Got my picture taken with a couple of Denver Bronco... read more

  6. RUN
alright short run 3.35 mi 00:27 08:12 pace

Only running once/week the past couple of weeks is takings it toll. Need more opportunities, or to find time to clean out the old car and donate it, so I can set up the bike trainer again.

  7. I believe I will donate the non-functional vehicle in the garage soon, and use the empty space to set my trainer up, so I can begin to grab some spin exercises here and there. Seems like a good al... read more

  11. RUN
good Return to the Streets 3.15 mi 00:25 07:53 pace

Finally running again. Almost 2 weeks off due to work and illness. http://connect.garmin.com/activity/139726115 More than 5 days off, and my running really starts to suffer.

  12. I've been sick for a few days. Looks like I'll be resting instead of running in the new year. Happy New Year everyone.

I've used a GroPro camera chest mounted...yeah, not such a good idea. I must say though, both the bike video and running video I've shot look better before it's been dumbed down and shared on youtube. High resolution quality is easier to take, but still not perfect.

@Ryan - your video is different than the video I was referring to. Your video is interesting because it's not about trying to capture what you are seeing as you run with a forward-facing camera attached to your head or chest (or in your hand). It's more of an interview with yourself. Much more engaging than shaky, low-quality blurred video of the trail ahead.

But don't you just want to punch people in the nose during those five days in between? Or am I the only one that turns violent when I don't run?

So many face punchers!!! I have to admit, I use all my work days as rest days. I work 3 maybe 4 days a week, so the others i get to go bananas in the gym ...

I just like the sensation of running too much to take off more than a day or two. Some days are very short and very easy. I feel relaxed after a run. So, some days I train -- intervals, repeats, etc. -- and some days I run to relax.
