Thought I should give my legs a rest after 2 consecutive days of running so I did yoga. Legs are not rested! Yoga workout had tons of sun salutations and warriors. I think I need to work on my upper body because after all the chatarungas this morning, I could barely hold my blowdryer without my arms shaking!


Yeah, my upper body strength is really lacking. Nice job "resting" those legs!
