      Nice Job:

Good job! Starting is always the hardest part. I so wanted to stay in bed this morning, but my husband encouraged me to go to the gym before work, and I feel so much better. Keep up the great work!

Just stick at it. We all go through crap phases like this. Then all of a sudden you'll be in the zone and it makes it all worthwhile!

I do the walk/run thing too, but I consider it running because I run much more than I walk. The way I look at it is Its a whole lot better than nothing and SOMEDAY I will be all running. Keep up the good work!!
