My doctor didn't give me a set plan besides walking or biking for 2 weeks and then I can start running light miles and working my way back up. Unfortunately I have to get my bike repaired before I can do any biking.

It's official, I am out of the Boot! Walking or biking for 2 weeks and then I can start rebuilding my running base after that! YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Well it is official I am now on the 30 day disabled list. I went to see the doc yesterday about my heel and I have to stop running for 1 month. And I get to wear a walking boot for that same month!... read more
