      My doctor didn't give me a set plan besides walking or biking for 2 weeks and then I can start running light miles and working my way back up. Unfortunately I have to get my bike repaired before I can do any biking.

  4. It's official, I am out of the Boot! Walking or biking for 2 weeks and then I can start rebuilding my running base after that! YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

  7. Still on the disabled list. Hopefully just 2 more weeks. I have started to track what I eat and drink and I have been able to lose 5 pounds in the last 2 weeks!
