Got a full mile in today because I got stationed near the end of the course. Before the ladies swam by the water was nice and calm. Then I noticed all the dead bugs floating on the lake. That was gross, don't swallow the water! On a much lesser gross note, an eagle flew right above me while I was swimming! That was way cool.

    Forget the bugs and definitely go with the eagle 'cause that is way cool :-) Great workout Angie. You can really swim.
