Swam the 1/2 mile with Martha and then did 3 times around the poles waiting for the Tri Babes to show up. On the way back from the dock I did a bunch of breast and back stroke. Doing the back stroke on the lake is incredibly peaceful, only being able to see the great big sky and hearing the swishing of your stroke. Very nice.
