Down to Martha's, over to Tracyton via my favorite road in Bremerton and back. Nice ride. Not sure if my legs are still sore from spin class or the track workout but I could sure feel them. Makes me feel strong. Roar!


I'd say that any of those things could make the legs feel sore and tired, but you still had a great ride. :-) Nice job!
