    It was HOT! The first half was hilly but the second half wasn't as bad and it cooled off a lot near the water. Looking forward to trying a different course next time.

    Did a trail run with Nathan. Ran 3 and walked the last 1. This is a great trail over by Klahowya but I wouldn't want to run it alone (bears!) and it got really hot on the open logging road.

    Went to 30th and up towards Val's then back on Sylvan. There were some difficult hills but not the 3 minutes they were supposed to be. Did a 5 minute warm up and cool down too.

    I think I have too many intervals plugged in. Did the bridges in the new sidewalks, very nice. A lot of my fast intervals were downhill, also very nice.

    I warmed up for 5 minutes and cooled down for 5 minutes which means I ran 3 miles in 29 minutes!!! I'm not sure I've ever done that!
