Another walk/jog this time around the south loop of Wellsville and up to gravel pit gates. Stuck in three 5 min. intervals of jogging. Great view of the valley. What a gorgeous place we have!

It really is beautiful in this valley! I was in your neck of the woods yesterday! Went to the base of Sardine with a friend and climbed the hills in that new neighborhood just off to the north of the highway. UGh! Keep on truckin! Is the baby here?

Headed up to walk around the Red Slide loop. Stuck in two 5 min. intervals of jogging. Windy! Enjoyed the breeze at my back for sure helping to push my chub back home.

Took advantage of Tyler's gymnastic time and headed outside. Rotated walking for 5 min. then jogging for 5 min. Felt wonderful, even if I might have bruised my bladder.

Walked my chubby butt around town for a while. Absolutely stunning outside this morning. Sunshine does this mama good.

  5. walk

Felt like going a little slower so I walked a little higher. 8% incline for full 30 min.

Nothing crazy but I at least I got moving this a.m. For 20 min. I rotated walking at an 8% and 6% incline. Last 10 min. I walked at an easy 3% to bring the heart rate back down.

Hey Ryan. I'm due June 27th. Can't get here soon enough! This is #4 so I'm sure I'm gonna hit the ground running a.s.a.p. after baby comes for my sanity. Your training seems to be coming right along!

That's great to hear! I hope everything goes well with the remainder of the pregnancy. Yeah, training is going ok. I'm not getting much faster with my running, BUT it's because I have absolutely NO control when eating. I need to drop another 20-25 lbs. to drop some time. We'll get there.

You crack me up! :) I wouldn't have made it 5 minutes when I was pregnant. I would have just decided to eat my sandwich while lounging on the couch. And some ice cream, cookies, maybe some fries, and some sort of chocolate covered pastry.
