I was suppose to do my tempo run, but my hip (on the injured side) was super tight when I woke up. Decided to take the day off from running. Went to pt at Finish Line PT and my leg feels refreshed and renewed, but it was too late to fit in a run.
Ended up doing a ton of core work with my classes today. It's funny how 1/2 the time I don't even remember what I did while teaching that makes me sore. I anticipate being sore tomorrow, though!
