    Slow pyramid up 22 through 28 and back. off-on pyramid 1-1, 2-2,...10-10...1-1. sprint the bridges, got up to 35-37, not controlled, but not insane. almost threw up at the end

    Ran with E & I on a gorgeous morning. Started out about 1 hour after eating a breakfast biscuit. Went slow on purpose. Biggest issue was with knee pain in both knees, below the knee cap.

    96*F out, around 7:30pm. Got sick about an hour afterwards and was chained to the bathroom for a bit. Did the run right after trailer unloading - about 1 hour of moving boats and rigging them.
