    Are you running the beginner or advanced plan? I'm at week 11 in the beginner Hanson Running plan and seeing bigger numbers ahead. Really like the idea of no super-long runs. The residual miles made a huge difference during my half marathon race back in May. Good luck.

    @Scott C. I am using the Hanson Plan but had it modified for a fee, to suit my marathon experience and weekly mileage (see hansonscoachingservices.com). I like the whole concept on which their plan is built on.

    Best of luck with the custom plan. By following their advice, I learned to "Run slow on easy/long days. Run fast on speed/tempo days." Great stuff. Please let me know how the Hanson plan compares to others you had success with.
