http://j.mp/K8kVpk. Day 3. This was an easy jog - nice and slow. Today the focus is on miles 6-13; by now I would've increased pace to marathon pace. I should settle into a steady pace and hopefully be logging consistent mile splits. A full system check is in order here to make sure it's all going well. I have to make sure I'm drinking well and this is also where I break out the energy gels! By mile 13 it will be getting a tad harder but as long as I'm feeling strong I'll keep going at an even pace. Now...where were we on that carb-loading??!!
