      Oh how I need some of your good mojo. When the sun peaked out of the morning clouds, I felt beat-down. Still want to see Epping Forest. Send those positive vibes my way. Grandma's marathon is in two weeks.

      You are prepared. I'm hours away from running the Door County Half (Wisconsin). Forgot my med bag at home. No body glide, etc. Forgot my water bottle, too. What I won't forget is to enjoy the bobbing heads during the race, the beautiful views, and the excitement of "being out there."

      Slow to start, fast to finish. Enjoy your race!
