I haven't updated here, though I blogged. I have a back injury. So far, we're treating it with chiropractic care instead of invasive action. L 3, 4 and 5 are completely jammed. 5 has permanent damage from the rubbing between 4 and 5. I haven't been able to exercise for months. I feel awful -- physically and spiritually. Since starting care, I've been able to start walking again, but it's and up-and-down battle with how I feel on any given morning. I have hope that this is the beginning of recovery for me. But I'm missing running and cardio and Zumba and, oh, man, am I missing yoga. I'll try to remember to keep you updated as I continue through this care plan.
