      Keep on working at it, Jenna. When I tore my calf muscle, the time back to normal was just terrible. It takes so much time to heal - but it will happen. Good for you that you are focused on improvement!

    Almost didn't finish my walk, but thought that strengthening my back was important. 5 days after most recent chiro adjustment, appt at 5:30 that evening. Couldn't hold weight 2 hours after walk. :(

    I felt great! Right until my ankle cracked. Loudly. I had to do downward facing dog one legged for the rest of the class. Nervous about what that means for tomorrow.
