    running intervals got shorter and shorter as The Ankle got tired-er and tired-er. But got it done! And then some.

    85 squats, 57 sit-ups, 36 push-ups, 26 tri dips, 37 seconds plank. Will do calf raises after work.

    75 squats, 47 sit-ups, 32 push-ups, 21 tri dips, 45(!!) seconds plank. And 20 calf raises just for the hell of it.
