Distance is an estimate - the dang machine I got on doesn't track distance, which makes me nuts!

Lunges, planks, pushups. Wahoo.
Felt good, but I can't bend over real far to reach the bars anymore without it being uncomfortable, so I spent a lot of this one more upright than I prefer. C'est la vie!
Climbed 62 flights in 10 minutes. I have no idea if that's bad or good or how many steps this machine counted as being in each flight.

Much better than yesterday's failed yoga class.
Ha. Can't hardly call this running anymore. Walked 1/4 mile, ran 1, then walked until my 20 minutes were up.
