    My legs were super sore from circuit training yesterday - i couldn't keep going. I hope tomorrow is better.

  3. Just realized I met my goal!!! The theme was "make it a habit": to run 3-4 times a week for six weeks. I'm happy with my progress. I'll have to think up a new goal....
