Started out feeling great! Felt my legs were rested so even though I knew I'd be in trouble later I kept a good 9:15 pace for the first 4 miles. Tapered down to 10:00 pace till 6 and then slowed down the last three considerably. I pretty much finished where I thought I would today so I'm extremely happy with my results! I gave it my best and thank you to those who have kept up with my efforts recently :)
