      Um...I don't know you but I'll tell you this...I don't think there is anything called a "bad race." You may do much better than this time normally but this race is hardly the venue to try to PR...Sometimes you want to slow down to enjoy the view...Just sayin....Nice job on the run!

      J - It would be OK to run 3 tonight, but dial down the intensity. Perhaps keep your heart rate at 150-160. Try to start slower and finish faster. If you want to run tomorrow, try 20 minutes easy (150 - 160 HR) or cross train for 20 min. Thursday try 25 minutes. Go easy for 15 minutes. For the last 10 minutes, alternate 1 min at your goal 5K pace with 1 minute of walking. Friday, try a 20 minute easy run. Good luck!
