      Hey Ed . . I am SO VERY sorry to hear about your injury . . I know how much you love the Shamrock. And I know how tough this will be for your to stay off it . . it is difficult . . If you need anything . . let me know .. And I could always use my favorite cheerleader at the Shamrock. Lis will be in town from Denver and could use the support two. Will miss you at the races . .

    Struggled through six. My miles don't reflect it but my body is saying it's being over trained. This weekends runs came too hard. Having a hard time finding my legs and my lungs.
