    1.4k warm-up, 4K easy 5:35/k average, 1k (x6) total 6K, cool down 1.4K (too hot today!!)
    still very slow !!! looking for a way to speed up to 3:30 for full marathon.

    Hong Kong Standard Chartered Marathon 2013. only 2 mins faster compare with last year. (So bad !!!) searching all day long 'how to improve marathon time' but couldn't find the answer!!
