Last Swim lesson, looked again at freestyle technique some suggestions, corrections & homework for the Summer. No probs from knee or shoulder but it was hardly taxing.
Also did some remedial work on my breast stroke technique - felt smooth.
Roll on tomorrow hopefully will put some of tonight to use.
