    Took a solid week off from running. Knew there was no way my knee would be happy if we ran today. Hit the rower for an hour. So, yeah. That's my struggle.

    Tried a longer run to test the knee. So far so good. Will have to continue the yoga. It's the only thing that seems to be helping. Humidity sure slows you down.
