    Testing my knee. Felt so good I wanted to keep going. But I don't want to set myself back. So I reluctantly turned back for home.

    Ran with the cross country team this morning. Amazing to think about how much these kids have to learn. New runners are fun to watch. And to run with.

    Tried a run/walk on my treadmill. Grade never got higher than 2%. Just testing the knee. So far so good.

    Made the decision that almost two weeks of no running was enough. Kept the pace slow and the miles low. No regrets. Knee aches but is not screaming at me.

    Took a solid week off from running. Knew there was no way my knee would be happy if we ran today. Hit the rower for an hour. So, yeah. That's my struggle.
