Good stuff! I love Jillian's workouts! For me, Level 2 is harder than Level 3. I'm doing Insanity right now, but I go back and forth between Insanity and Jillian. Be safe!

Fawn, Fawn, Fawn .. . I am going to inject a little perspective here and ask you to remember what happend to me when I tried to start a 100k with a tender ankle. I know it sucks, but you do not want to run a hundred miles on a weak foot . . .just saying.

Feel better Fawn... I really hope you are recovered in time for your race. I know from experience how important our "significant" race goals are to us. However, 100 miles on an already weak ankle is NOTHING to play around with. I just don't want to see you hurt. Please, take time for full recovery, and CAREFULLY consider your decision to participate in your race. You may feel totally FINE on race day - and really hope so. Just, please be careful. :)

I liked my Brooks Cascadia that I got for Christmas until I ran Bandera and ended up with a black toenail in my little toes. I'm going back to my Montrail Mountain Masochists, too!
