Started today with a .25 mile walk into a 7:20 mile before starting an interval of 1 minute walk to 20-30 second sprints for the remainder of the run. Felt good to get some quick running done. I also personally hate stopping during runs because I find it harder to get going again, so doing this intentionally seemed to train me that I can still get up to nice speeds after walking breaks. Final sprint was 45 seconds and came out to a 5:45 mile/pace(wouldn't that be nice!) Now to keep up the pace and minimize the walking!
