Had a heavy lift day today... 110# clean and jerk 10 x 3 in 10 minutes plus a heavy 3 rep max. Shoulder is a little sore, but felt good. I was going to go on a run right after but I was so tired. Maybe tomorrow get the run in, for sure on Thursday.
