    Such a nice day, nice run, good feeling, and nice stride!!

    No heel pain still (definitely some tightness in the Achilles though), but still keeping fingers crossed.

    Felt pretty nice to get that in, and I was at a pretty good pace too! Heel still hurts a little, but it is actually feeling a little better.

      Slow and steady on the way back. I think half my problems right now are because I tried coming back to fast after my back surgery.

      Glad to hear it...I spent a year recovering from back issues and hamstring tears then another year working and racing shorter distances...2 YEARS to get to today which is pseudo normal....I'll never be 100% normal, but pretty close! Glad things are looking up!

    Decided to run on the treadmill today shoe-less to try to just get some good form... Felt pretty good, but I wish I could get up there in miles again. Maybe next year.
