I've been cleared to walk a few *minutes* on the elliptical.
It's a start.
I'm ending 2012 with 490 miles on the elliptical (was aiming for 800+). I'll take it, though.

    you know what? you'll get 800 in 2013. Dare I say it you may even get more. The fact is you are ending it with some mileage, an injury, an operation and a recovery. GO YOU!!!!!
