    Pleasant run out to St Peters Basin with RF, then we turned back into the wind....Pushed for time so no Espresso (that's why I was slow!!). Chilly but bright and no rain, maybe Spring is finally here?

    Came back from cycling freezing so rowed to "Thaw Out", bit better pace (2:21 splits)
