    Beautiful day. Quiet roads. Made good steady progress and reached the top with a smile. Snowed all the following day, 16c the day after that. That's the mountains for you.

      Come meet us at Seaford Beach on Sat morning 7am. A small group will be doing an IM swim leg 3800mt. Weather permitting. Bfast in Frankston after if you are game?

    Great morning. Perfect conditions. Water visibility was great. Temp. Very cold. After the initial shock of getting in and getting wet, it became quite ok and enjoyable.

    Just reminding some very tight muscles that they are still required and to "chill out". Overall recovery 2 days after the marathon is very pleasing.
