Back out at state park. Just went out for 3 mile run/walk. I hate feeling so out of shape! Can't believe just back in October I completed a 13k.

Being in a cast for 10 weeks took a toll on my conditioning. Having to start all over again and this time even slower because I don't want to re-injure tendon :-(
