    I put the Nordic Track stationary cycle away for the winter and got the road bike on the trainer the other day. I can spin the road bike a little faster but it's still a great workout.

      The building was previously a dance studio. I'm not sure what it was when first built -- probably a tavern being as it is in La Crosse, LOL!
