Nice run/walk interval today. Was hungry due to not eating much last day and a half and are a salad to close to this workout. Never again. Lesson learned.

    It takes me almost 2 hours to get ready for a long run - a light sandwich 2 hours before, then water and OJ until I'm hydrated, then out for a run.
