Hot and Humid run today. Used my new Garmin Vivoactive and set timer for 3:2 run:walk intervals. It's going to be a little more difficult to get back into shape than I imagined but I have to say the watch helped me run more than during previous runs. I plan to continue to use it and soon be able to run longer.
