Wildy Road. C25K week 1-easing into it...

Plan to start over and go back to the C25K plan. Wanted to run more, but I stuck with the program and followed it. Distance includes 5 minute warm up walk, but not the 5 minute cool down walk. Even doing this easy walk/run program, I still felt the pain in my lower left leg/ankle, but not as bad as before. I think its just going to take some time and rebuilding of the leg muscles. One step at a time and a 5K to run next week for a friend of ours that benefits leukemia.

Frank!! Sorry I've been MIA, but I'm glad to see you still active! Part of training isn't just doing it, but also accepting the limitations. I'm thinking about getting back to running er walk/jog this weekend. Much success to your training!
