      I agree with that John. Although,since I been away from running for awhile and now taking extra pounds with me up the hills, I am having a more difficult time trying to renew that friendship. 😁

    Cross-training day allowed me to spend 20 minutes playing basketball. Harder on the ankles than I remember. Also, was good for arms and some simple core work on an off running day.
