alright CMT #76 - 800M intervals 5.41 mi 01:07 12:25 pace

New and different speed workout today. Plan called for 10 min walking warmup, then 800m at HM pace with 400M walking recovery (otherwise known as Yasso 800s). Micoach app (I use this to call out my paces through my headphones) died during the second 800M interval, which made it a little confusing. I walked about 200M extra, then did three more intervals before my right foot started to protest. Missed the last 5 intervals as a result. The final three 800M intervals I tracked with the Garmin were all much faster than the 4:15 target pace (3:52, 4:00, and 3:48).

Interestingly enough, my foot feels much better now - imagine that! But 90 minues later, it really doesn't. Happy Wednesday!
