Calf was very sore yesterday,so I didn't know if I would be able to do this today, but felt OK when I woke up. Coolest run of the summer - 59 degrees at start! Decided to run repeats on a short, slight hill for the first mile. Calf didn't like that too much! After 4 intervals (ran up and down), ran three miles on relatively flat roads. Was able to pick up the speed between miles 2 and 3. When I hit mile 4, slow jogged to house to cool down.
