Back in the saddle again, with a double planned for today. Stretched the balky calf and did the lunge matrix as warmup, then just ran! Calf is not feeling any better or worse than it did during the half. Have to video a treadmill session this evening for the therapist - noticed unusual wear pattern on the outside of my left heel. 69 days to go! Happy Monday!
