Vacation is over and training will ramp up soon. This is the second time I've run this race - last year's race was my first ever. Started too fast, but held steady the last two miles. Splits: 7:20, 8:15, 8:10, and 7:40 for last 0.15. Old 5K PR was 32:17, new PR 25 flat! Happy running!
