One hour massage yesterday afternoon was fantastic! This was a recovery run/first Chicago Marathon training session. I started training early due to possibly losing some time during my trip to Italy in late May-early June.
I took it to the gym TM because of rainy weather - yeah, I know, I wimped out ;-)
10 min slow jog warmup, 25 min at easy pace, and 10 min slow jog cooldown.
