Relatively (relative to lately) low 41% humidity, temps in the 80s, and a moderate pace kept this run from being too brutal. Still a workout. It was really heating up by the time we finished. Ran in my Zoot Ultra Race 2.0s. By far the furthest I've gone in these super light sockless shoes. My right foot, which I was having problems with, feels fine afterwards :-) So that's a green light for my foot and these race shoes for Ironman Louisville in 4 weeks! Nutrition: 2 Hammer gels, plenty of water and a gulp of Pepsi at one of the last stops ;-)

    Very cool, I have the same Zoots and 10 miles is the most I have done. Hopefully by improving my form i can go longer.

    @Jon Yeah I had my doubts about going this far in these shoes. I figured they'd be good for 1/2 IM. But todays run convinced me to use them for IM Louisville. @Charlie Nobody has bigger weeks than you my friend ;-)
