Holy humidity. Shouldn't have complained about yesterday's humidity. After a thunderstorm rolled through this evening it left the humidity in the 90s (89% at 11pm when I finished!). At least with my late start I didn't have to deal with the sun, and it did cool off a bit (80 when I finished). A slower long run, but still solid work. 16.4 miles @ 8:14 min/mile. Nutrition: 16oz Ironman Perform before. Water during. And 32oz Ironman Perform + 48oz water after.
