    High 30s and cloudy, but warm enough for shorts on this run from work (downtown Louisville) to home. Felt pretty good despite a numb, wind burned face. Good to be off the treadmill for a while :-)

      Sad to have to resort to 'walking', but gotta burn some calories. Amazing how many calories you can burn on a 15% incline. Close to 1000/hr @ around 4mph for me.
